- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Harper woods police are the most laziest force I every came across. When you call them to enforce the law they just drive by without stopping. They don't realize you're looking right at them driving by. When you call the police station back to tell that they just drove by without stopping. .that's when the cop come back and do his job.
